Good ALL-WAYS (Not just “good morning.”)

Yes! There will be challenges; but…

is Romans 8:37, which states, “No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him Who Loved us”. This verse emphasizes that believers in Christ are not merely conquerors, but are more than conquerors through the Love of God in Christ.

This cannot be emphasized enough – Love conquers ALL.

  • 1 Corinthians 13:7: This is the most prominent passage in the Bible that speaks to the idea of love conquering all. It describes love as enduring, believing, hoping, and bearing all things.
  • God’s Love as the Foundation: The Bible emphasizes that God is love, and His love is the ultimate expression of what “love conquers all” means.
  • Love as the Greatest Virtue: 1 Corinthians 13:13 states that even faith and hope will eventually fade, but love will remain, making it the greatest of all virtues.
  • Examples of Love in Action: The Bible provides numerous examples of how love overcomes obstacles, such as the love of Jesus Christ for humanity, which led to His sacrifice.
  • Love as a Covering: 1 Peter 4:8 speaks of love covering a multitude of sins, suggesting it can reconcile and heal.
  • Romans 8:31-39: This passage, including verse 37, provides context for understanding the concept of being “more than conquerors.” It highlights that God is for believers, not against them, and nothing can separate them from God’s love.
  • “More than conquerors”: The phrase “more than conquerors” signifies an exceeding, extraordinary victory, going beyond the ordinary understanding of conquest, says BibleRef.com. This victory is achieved through faith in Christ and His love for us.
  • “Through Him who Loved us”: The verse emphasizes that this victory is not self-achieved, but rather a gift from God’s Love. His Love empowers believers to triumph over any adversity they face.
  • In all these things: The phrase “in all these things” refers to the various trials, tribulations, and persecutions that believers may experience. It signifies that this victory is not limited to specific situations, but extends to all aspects of life.
