You ARE who God says you are!

God’s Love emphasizes that one’s identity should be based on divine declaration rather than worldly opinions or self-perception. It suggests that God’s view of a person is the truest and most accurate, and that embracing this identity can lead to freedom, purpose, and a transformed life.

Here’s a more detailed explanation:

  • Identity in Christ: The phrase often appears in Christian contexts and highlights that one’s true identity is found in Jesus Christ.
  • God’s Declarations: Instead of being defined by external factors like achievements, social status, or opinions of others, believers are encouraged to see themselves as God sees them.
  • Examples of God’s Declarations: The Bible describes believers as chosen, beloved, forgiven, adopted, and more.
  • Transformation: Understanding and accepting one’s identity in Christ can bring about positive changes in one’s life, including freedom from seeking external validation and a greater sense of purpose and belonging.
  • Living from Identity: This understanding of identity is not just a belief but also a call to action, influencing how a person lives, interacts with others, and pursues their God-given purpose.

Essentially, the phrase “You are who God says you are” is a powerful reminder to anchor one’s sense of self in the truth of God’s Word and love, rather than in the ever-changing and often unreliable perspectives of the world.

THE TRIPOD OF FAITH.

Every day is not the same; especially with the issue of identity before God and Man, it gets worse when we recall our unattractive appearance, status, ways, our past etc.

No one is exempt in this!

The Bible, specifically Isaiah 43:18-19 and Philippians 3:13, encourages believers to let go of past hurts, failures, and dwelling on former things to focus on the future and new things God is doing. This doesn’t mean completely erasing memories, but rather not allowing the past to define or hinder one’s present and future.

  • Isaiah 43:18-19: This passage encourages believers to “forget the former things; do not dwell on the past.” It emphasizes that God is doing a new thing and believers should be open to the new opportunities and blessings He is bringing.
  • Philippians 3:13: In this verse, Paul says he is forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead, focusing on his Christian walk and the prize of heaven.
  • Moving Forward: The Bible encourages believers to learn from the past but not to be defined by it. Instead, they should focus on God’s plan for their future, embracing new opportunities and striving for spiritual growth.
  • Forgiveness:Putting the past behind also involves forgiveness, both of oneself and of others, which allows for healing and moving forward.
  • God’s Grace:The Bible emphasizes God’s grace and forgiveness, offering a new beginning to those who turn to Him, regardless of their past.

“And I thank CHRIST JESUS… Who has… counted me faithful, PUTTING ME into the MINISTRY, although I was formerly a BLASPHEMER, a PERSECUTOR, and an INSOLENT man; but I obtained MERCY…”

1 Tim. 1:12-13.

“But God demonstrates His own LOVE toward us, in that while we were still SINNERS, Christ died for us.”

Rom. 5:8.

These two bible quotes have summed it up: NOTHING can attract God’s attention to us;
from ABRAHAM to JACOB, MOSES and the APOSTLES like PAUL, none was WORTHY to be used by God but He STILL CHOSE them out of MERCY and LOVE. Awesome!

Dear reader, the same MERCY and undeserved LOVE are still available to SAVE and transform you through CHRIST if you’re humbly AVAILABLE… so, get covered and qualified by JESUS!

Praises be to God!🙌🏻🙏🔥*
