Several verses in the Bible speak to the concept of God choosing individuals. John 15:16 highlights that God chooses believers so they can bear fruit and have their prayers answered, while Deuteronomy 7:6 emphasizes that God has chosen Israel as a special treasure among all nations. Ephesians 1:4-5 adds that God chose believers before the foundation of the world to be holy.

Here’s a more detailed look at some key verses:
- John 15:16: “You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you so that you might go and bear fruit—fruit that will last—and so that whatever you ask in my name the Father will give you.” This verse emphasizes God’s initiative in choosing believers and the purpose of their calling: to bear lasting fruit and have their prayers answered according to the Bible Gateway and Bible Study Tools.
- Deuteronomy 7:6: “For you are a people holy to the Lord your God. The Lord your God has chosen you to be a people for his treasured possession, out of all the peoples who are on the face of the earth.” This verse speaks to God’s choice of Israel as a unique and treasured nation according to the Open Bible website.
- Ephesians 1:4-5: “even as he chose us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and blameless before him. In love he predestined us for adoption to himself as sons through Jesus Christ, according to the purpose of his will.” This passage emphasizes that God’s choice of believers was made before the beginning of time, with the intention of making them holy and bringing them into his family according to Bible.com.

THE TRIPOD OF FAITH.
Every day is not always the same especially with the issue of IDENTITY before God and man, it gets worse when we recall our unattractive APPEARANCE, STATUS, WAYS, PAST etc. No one is exempted in this!
“And I thank CHRIST JESUS… Who has… counted me faithful, PUTTING ME into the MINISTRY, although I was formerly a BLASPHEMER, a PERSECUTOR, and an INSOLENT man; but I obtained MERCY…”- 1Tim.1:12-13.
“But God demonstrates His own LOVE toward us, in that while we were still SINNERS, Christ died for us.”-Rom.5:8.
These two bible quotes have summed it up: NOTHING can attract God’s attention to us;
from ABRAHAM to JACOB, MOSES and the APOSTLES like PAUL, none was WORTHY to be used by God but He STILL CHOSE them out of MERCY and LOVE. Awesome!
Dear reader, the same MERCY and undeserved LOVE are still available to SAVE and transform you through CHRIST if you’re humbly AVAILABLE… so, get covered and qualified by JESUS!
Praises be to God!🙌🏻🙏🔥*
