The truth? Those RAISED in CHRIST have His SPIRIT and live in view of His RETURN while the CHURCH PEOPLE are busy with outward appreciations and irrelevant CELEBRATIONS… let’s be watchful!
TIMOTHY was praised for his GENUINE FAITH by his DISCIPLER, PAUL that he inherited it from his mother and grandma. That’s a Christian upbringing. TIMOTHY wasn’t a mere FOLLOWER but very active and deliberate in the FAITH. The knowledge of CHRIST impacted and set the pace of his life; his FAITH wasn’t about the CHURCH TRADITIONS and LEGALISM doing the WILL of God. No wonder, PAUL confidently entrusted him with the EPHESIANS CHURCH.- 2 Tim.1:5, Colo. 3:1-2.
