Impossible? There is NO ‘impossible’ with God!

Was there a Universe before God spoke it into being?

  • Was there Mankind?
  • Mankind was created to care for ALL God spoke into being

KEY: “There is no impossibility with God” is a statement of faith found in Christian theology, most notably in the Bible, emphasizing God’s absolute power and sovereignty, as stated in

Luke 1:37: “For with God nothing shall be impossible”. This concept highlights that human limitations do not apply to God, who can accomplish anything according to His will.

Biblical Basis

Luke 1:37:
This is perhaps the most direct biblical reference, spoken by the angel Gabriel to Mary about the miraculous virgin birth of Jesus.

Matthew 19:26 & Mark 10:27:
Jesus tells His disciples, “With Man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible”.

Jeremiah 32:27:
God proclaims, “I am the Lord, the God of all flesh. Is anything too difficult for me?”.

Job 42:2:
Job acknowledges God’s vast power, stating, “I know that you can do all things, and that no purpose of yours can be thwarted”.

Theological Implications
Absolute Power:
The statement asserts God’s supreme power, meaning there are no natural or human barriers that He cannot overcome.

Sovereignty:
It reinforces God’s complete control over all circumstances and His ability to fulfill His promises, regardless of human plans or limitations.

Encouragement:
For believers, this assurance provides hope and encourages them to trust God in situations that seem impossible.
