Your history should be all about God, and should be all about honoring God. The Scriptures talk about glorifying God, reflecting Him, and showing the world what He’s like. Second, every legacy is going to be, unfortunately, marred by sin. But a part of your legacy can be how you handled your sin.
You can be remembered for your positive qualities like kindness, generosity, and compassion, your contributions to family and community, your personal and professional achievements, or for the way you made others feel. Examples include being a nurturing parent, volunteering in your community, a successful career, or simply for being a funny, supportive, and fun-loving person. Ultimately, what you want to be remembered for is a personal decision based on your values.
