- Peace/Silence: A deep, internal sense of stillness and calm.
- Love/Grace: A profound, often overwhelming, sensation of being loved.
- Holy/Awesome: A feeling of reverence and awe in the face of the divine.
- Joy/Comfort: A deep sense of comfort, sometimes resulting in tears or, conversely, intense happiness.
- Light: A feeling of illumination and clarity.
These experiences are frequently described as intimate, personal encounters that bring comfort and strength.
