As we go forth in good success as God, Whom has never lied Promises… And we receive 🙌 our blessings, Amen.

According to Joshua 1:8, the promise of “good success” is linked to meditating on, speaking, and obeying God’s Word day and night. It involves being strong and courageous, trusting that God is present, and applying biblical principles to life to ensure prosperity in one’s path.

Key Components of “Good Success”:

  • Meditation and Action: It is not merely thinking about the Bible, but “observing to do” or actively applying its teachings to daily life.
  • Constant Focus: Keeping God’s teachings central to thoughts and words—not departing from the “mouth” or daily meditation.
  • Courageous Faith: Acting with strength and courage, as instructed in Joshua 1:9, while trusting in God’s Presence, rather than being afraid or dismayed.
  • A Holistic View: Beyond material gain, this success often encompasses spiritual growth, peace, joy, and fulfilling God’s purpose for your life.

Biblical Context (Joshua 1:7-9):
The promise was originally given to Joshua as he took leadership to lead Israel into the Promised Land.

Key Bible Verses:

  • Joshua 1:8: “This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night… For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success”.
  • Proverbs 16:3: “Commit your work to the Lord, and your plans will be established”.
  • 2 Chronicles 26:5: “As long as he sought the Lord, God gave him success”.
  • Psalm 90:17: “May the favor of the Lord our God rest on us; establish the work of our hands”.
