The answer to your prayers has been sent; be in thanksgiving.

In the Bible, the prophet Daniel spent 21 days fasting, mourning, and praying. During this time, a heavenly messenger was sent to answer his prayers but was delayed for exactly 21 days by spiritual opposition from a territorial entity known as the “prince of the kingdom of Persia”.

The messenger was only able to get through after the archangel Michael arrived to assist.

This account, famously detailed in Daniel 10 of the Bible, is widely cited by scholars and theologians as an example of persistent prayer and spiritual warfare.

The passage notes that Daniel’s petition was actually heard by God on the very first day, with the delay resulting from this spiritual conflict.

This month, remember that God is never late and never early. His timing is perfect, His plans are good, and His ways are higher than our understanding. Keep praying faithfully and trusting completely, because what God has promised, He is powerful enough to accomplish and faithful enough to fulfill.

Do not lose heart in the waiting season, for God’s delays are never God’s denials. The waiting process often becomes the place where faith grows, character is strengthened, and God prepares us for what is ahead. Keep sowing in faith, keep serving with joy, and keep believing His promises. The God who began the work is faithful to complete it, and in His perfect time you will see the harvest He has prepared.

“Let’s not be weary in doing good, for we will reap in due season if we don’t give up.”
Galatians 6:9.

God bless you abundantly, Amen.
