Dear God, thank You for this new day and for the reminder that my greatest blessings don’t come from grinding harder, they come from coming to You. Your word in James 1:5 says, “If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him.” God, I need You every single hour of this day. I’m not stepping out this morning relying on my own strength or my own hustle. I’m coming to You first, asking for Your wisdom and Your guidance over my work, my family, and every decision I have to make today. Bless everything I put my hands to, and let it be clear that what I have comes from You. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
Psalm 128:1-2New International Version
A song of ascents.
1 Blessed are all who fear the Lord,
who walk in obedience to him.
2 You will eat the fruit of your labor;
blessings and prosperity will be yours.
Blessed is every one who fears the Lord, who walks in His ways. When you eat the labor of your hands, you shall be happy, and it shall be well with you.
