Dear God, thank You for this new day. I lift Your Name on high and ask that it would be You I follow today, not idols, not people, not anything this world offers. Your Word in Romans 5:3-5 says, “We rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering produces endurance, and endurance produces character, and character produces hope, and hope does not put us to shame because Your Love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit, Who has been given to us.” God, help me put on the full armor today, the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, and the shield of faith, so I can stand firm against whatever comes my way. Give me a heart that’s relentless in prayer and a spirit that doesn’t give up. I trust that my labor today is not in vain. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
