Dear God, thank You for bringing me through another day. As I get ready to rest tonight, I’m reminded that You’ve never cared about my past, only about how much I Love You. Your Word in Luke 7:47 says, “Her sins, which are many, are forgiven, for she loved much. But to whom little is forgiven, the same loves little.” God, when I think about how much You’ve forgiven me, it makes me want to Love deeper, not just You, but the people around me too. Just like You said from the cross, “Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do,” help me carry that same posture of Love and forgiveness in my own life. I don’t want to love little when You’ve forgiven me so much. I give this night completely to You. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
