As we continue our days…

Dear God, thank You for Your Word that helps me keep standing for You even when it costs me something. Your Word in Matthew 5:11-12 says, “Blessed are you when they revile and persecute you, and say all kinds of evil against you falsely for My sake. Rejoice and be exceedingly glad, for great is your reward in Heaven, for so they persecuted the prophets who were before you.” God, I’ve felt the sting of lost friendships and rooms I’m no longer welcome in because I won’t water down Your truth. Help me see that what’s coming against me isn’t really about me, it’s about Christ living in me. Thank You for seeing every moment I’ve chosen You over comfort, and for making sure none of it has been wasted. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
