Dear God, thank You for bringing me through another day. As I get ready to rest tonight, I’m choosing to count it all joy even in the middle of what feels undesirable right now. Your Word in James 1:2-3 says, “Count it all joy when you fall into various trials, knowing that the testing of your faith produces patience.” God, it’s hard to feel peace when the pressure is turned up, but I trust that when You bring me through this, I’ll look back and see that You never left my side. Whatever the enemy has thrown at me, I believe You’re going to turn it around for my good. Help me hold onto that joy tonight, not because everything feels easy, but because I know that my story is not over. I give this night completely to You. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
