Job loss, God provides! Faith is 🔑! Live in thanksgiving. Might sound difficult, but God is over ALL things!
I did not term the beyond AWESOME amazing grace of God! Ask and you will recieve. Believe and it shall be done! Faith moves mountains. Speak to your temporary restraints, they are meant by God Who knows ALL things as training ground.
I was meditating on Scripture and David came to mind!
David protected his sheep by bravely chasing down predators like lions and bears, striking them, and rescuing the lambs directly from their mouths.
According to the biblical account in 1 Samuel 17:34-37, David described his experience as a shepherd to King Saul:
- Chasing predators: When a lion or a bear snatched a lamb from the flock, David pursued the animal immediately.
- Rescuing the lamb: He struck the predator and forced it to release the sheep from its mouth.
- Fighting back: If the wild animal turned to attack him, David grabbed it by its beard or throat, struck it, and killed it.
David credited God with giving him the strength and courage to overcome these dangerous beasts, which later gave him the confidence to face Goliath.
God saw all that faced him, and God gave him triumph!
Do you not know that God sees you! Your difficulties/challenges/obstructions! Ask, and you shall receive…victory!

Father LORD, Hallelujah for Your Word. Invaluable lessons teem forth. You taught David as a shepherd, knowing that he would sit on the throne of Israel. His training was not easy! Wolves, bears, Goliath among many others. You, LORD gave him his heart and victories. Father, I am asking today that Yoi renew a fighting warrior spirit within me. Create in me a clean heart; righteous before You. My victories belong wholly and only to You. In Jesus’ Name, victory is mine, I decree here on Earth – establishing it in heavenly places. According to Your Word. Father, in the Name of Jesus, I bind all negative spirits affecting negativity in my career. I loose Your Spirit to bless me with good fortune. My always is Yours Heavenly Father, Amen. In my life LORD, be Thou glorified in Jesus’ Name, Amen.
The decree statement comes from Job 22:28, while “whatever you bind on earth” is found in Matthew 16:19 and Matthew 18:18.
Job 22:28 (Decreeing a Thing)
- The Verse: “Thou shalt also decree a thing, and it shall be established unto thee: and the light shall shine upon thy ways” (Job 22:28).
- The Meaning: Eliphaz tells Job that if he turns back to God, his prayers will be answered, and his spoken decisions or declarations will come to pass with God’s help.
Matthew 16:19 and 18:18 (Binding and Loosing)
- The Verse: “Whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven” (Matthew 16:19).
- The Meaning: Jesus speaks to His disciples about spiritual authority.

Before becoming king, David fought several key battles as a shepherd, a warrior in King Saul’s army, and an outlaw leader.
Early Life and Wilderness Encounters
- Protection of Sheep: As a young shepherd in Bethlehem, David fought off wild predators, killing both a lion and a bear that attacked his father’s flock.
- Defeating Goliath: David gained national fame when he fought and killed the Philistine giant Goliath with a single stone from his sling in the Valley of Elah (1 Samuel 17).
Battles as a Commander under King Saul
- Philistine Campaigns: After killing Goliath, David led military campaigns for Saul, successfully striking down the Philistines many times and earning greater public praise than Saul.
- The 200 Philistines: Before marrying Saul’s daughter Michal, David led a successful raid against the Philistines, killing 200 of them to fulfill Saul’s bride-price demand (1 Samuel 18).
Skirmishes and Raids as an Outlaw
- Saving Keilah: While fleeing from Saul’s jealousy, David and his men fought off the Philistines to rescue the Israelite border town of Keilah (1 Samuel 23).
- Defeating the Amalekites at Ziklag: While living among the Philistines as a fugitive, raiders from Amalek burned Ziklag and captured the families of David and his men. David pursued the raiding party and defeated them, recovering all the captives and stolen goods (1 Samuel 30).
