“God bless you” (and me too!) More appropriate, no?

Being blessed of The LORD means so much: https://www.biblestudytools.com/topical-verses/bible-verses-about-blessings/
We say “God bless you.” Do we truly understand what that means.
“Atchoo!” – God bless you or bless you in response to a sneeze.
Can we bless? Are we blessed? How can we wish God’s blessings on someone? Do we need blessing? No one ever says “Bless you too ” it is simple a “thank you ” or “excuse me” or both. Do we know or understand what we handle everyday or often? Are you blessed? Why do you bless someone? Where did it come from? Let us see-
t is the meaning of God bless you?

God bless you (variants include God bless or bless you) is a common English expression, used to wish a person blessings in various situations, especially as a response to a sneeze, and also, when parting or writing a valediction.

Time to understand and know why we do.

Be filled with The Spirit and have a great day, Amen

Kinda if we look to figure it out some kinda demonic release was supposedly in the start of this tradition. If something is let go of, why will it not find its way into you too. All of a sudden we understand that in sneezing, saying goodbye, or wishing someone a blessed trip. What are you saying? You are in essence praying for someone, don’t you need blessings too? “And me!” Becomes a reasonable addition.

We read “pray without ceasing.” Make more sense now? Be well! (I am 😁!)
