One day it will all be worth it when we will stand before The Lord and hear Him say Well Done My Good and Faithful Servant. It’s Pretty incredible to think that The One Who knows us better than anyone (even ourselves!) With all of our flaws and shortcomings, Loves us more than anyone.
According to the Bible, God’s Love is so great that it is difficult to describe or comprehend:
- Unconditional: God’s Love is unconditional, constant, and steadfast, and it draws people back to Him.
- Incomprehensible: God’s Love is so great that it surpasses human understanding. Paul describes it as “Love that surpasses our knowledge” in Ephesians 3:19.
- Perfect: God created people in perfect Love, and people can find their identity in who God says they are.
- Healing: God’s Love is a source of healing and comfort, and it can help people find refuge.
- Unfailing: God’s Love is unfailing and unmovable, even though people may not always feel it.
- Agape: God’s Love is described as agape: Agape Love, which is most often crowned as the highest form of Christian Love, is the kind of Love and action that shows empathy; extends the desire for good of the beloved; wants the best; extends help or demonstrates good intentions; and is intended for everyone. Agape Love is sacrificial. in 1 Corinthians 13. https://boonecenter.pepperdine.edu/blog/posts/understanding-agape-love.htm#:~:text=Agape%20love%2C%20which%20is%20most,Agape%20love%20is%20sacrificial.
- Beyond comprehension: God’s Love is so great that it is beyond huMan comprehension.
Some Bible verses that describe God’s love include:
- Psalm 143:8: “Let the morning bring me word of Your unfailing Love, for I have put my trust in You”.
- Ephesians 3:18: Paul prays that his readers will experience and understand God’s Love.
- Psalm 57:10: David indicates that God’s merciful consistency towards His people is beyond measure.
Remember that you are the righteousness of God through Christ. You live for Him. Honor Him. Love Him. Learn His Ways and walk in them. When you do this you need not concern yourself with the opinion of men. God is the One Who called you, and He will bless you beyond measure. For He rewards those who diligently SEEK HIM! Amen.
